Built between 1762 and 1768 in Oatlands Park, it featured a bath chamber containing a statue of Venus.

The grotto was demolished in 1948 but it’s been painstakingly brought back to life at Elmbridge Museum.

Historian, John Wilkinson’s, has created a scale model so visitors can get up close and personal with a piece of Weybridge’s lost history.

The exhibition is on until February.
