Developers want to build more than 270 homes on a former golf club in Esher.
They’ve put forward prospective plans for properties of between two and five storeys high at Moore Place on Portsmouth Road.
The club closed in 2019 after the owners said it was no longer financially viable.
Elmbridge Borough Council website says there’s a Screening Opinion as to whether an Environmental Impact Assessment is required.
