Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner has urged his players to keep “tasting the honey” as they close in on a first European trophy.

They take a 3-1 lead into the second leg of their Conference League last four tie with Shakhtar Donetsk tonight.

A win would mean Glasner’s last game at the club will be the final in Leipzig.
