The programme is particularly aimed at those either with learning difficulties, or those who don’t speak English as a first language.
Courses will be available in libraries and will offer workshops and help accessing audiobooks.
It will be funded by Arts Council England, and run by ClearCommunityWeb, with the aim of increasing online safety.
