Council tax bills have started going out to residents across Kensington and Chelsea later than planned.

They’ve been delayed by the cyber attack which hit the authority’s data systems in November.

Kensington and Chelsea says any council tax changes reported since then are not included and might not be correct.

Payment instalments will also be different this year and affected residents are being urged to check the authority’s website.
