Chelsea have reached their sixth successive Women’s League Cup final with a 2-nil victory at home to West Ham.

It’s their first final under manager Sonia Bompastor with them yet to be beaten under the French boss.

Holders Arsenal continue the defence of the trophy when they host Manchester City in the other semi-final tonight.
