Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino has already hinted at another busy transfer window in January.

But the Argentinian insists that he is focused on the short-term, with striker Nicolas Jackson suspended ahead of their derby with Fulham.

With England left-back Ben Chilwell now on the long injury list, Pochettino has had a disappointing season, but remains focused.
