Brixton Academy is due to reopen this evening, sixteen months after it was closed when two women were killed in a fatal crush.
33 year-old Rebecca Ikumelo and Gaby Hutchinson, who was 23, died as crowds piled in to see a concert by the Afro-pop singer Asake.
Tonight’s reopening features a Nirvana tribute band.
