Workers employed by OCS at Heathrow took two rounds of strike action to gain formal collective bargaining agreement.
The cleaners are based at the company’s Waterside HQ and offices around Heathrow took industrial action in 2024 and in 2025.
The agreement provides sole bargaining for Unite over pay, terms and conditions, including working hours and annual leave.
