Brentford player up for nomination for Player of the Month Award.

Tottenham’s summer signing James Maddison has been nominated for the Premier League’s player of the month award for August.

Manchester City midfielder Rodri is also on the shortlist, while Brighton’s Kaoru Mitoma has been recognised for his excellent start to the season.

There are also nominations for Brentford forward Bryan Mbeumo, West Ham’s Jarrod Bowen and Nottingham Forest’s Taiwo Awoniyi.
