Bat lovers will get a chance to see the winged creatures in their natural habitat in Hampton Court later this month.

Members of Thames Landscape Strategy will guide participants on a walk through the grounds of Home Park at dusk on the 26th.

People will be able to observe the behaviour, ecology, and conservation of bats along the way.

They’ll also be able to use handheld detectors to listen to their ultrasonic calls and identify different species as they forage.
