Crews from Sutton, Mitcham and Kingston fire stations were first called to the blaze on Caverleigh Way just after 10am.
Half of the ground floor and a part of the first floor was destroyed, as well as parts of a neighbouring house.
There are no reports of any injuries, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
