The Black Heroes Foundation has won the council’s annual Cultural Capacity Grant.
The group was created to commemorate the legacy of Peter Randolph Fraser AKA Flip Fraser, who passed away in 2014.
He was the first editor of The Voice Newspaper and creator of the critically acclaimed show Black Heroes in the Hall of Fame.
