An average of 60,000 vehicles a day have had to pay the new Ultra Low Emission Zone fee of £12.50 in the first month of its expansion across London.

A report by Transport for London also reveals 48,000 fewer cars and vans are being driven in the city compared with June.

That’s a drop in traffic of 2%.
