Nine-year-old Labrador Rowley has supported Megan since 2018, acting as her guide, medical alert and disability assistance dog.
He’s alerted her to more than 6,000 medical episodes and prevented her from stepping into traffic and suffering injuries.
Rowley has now received a PDSA Commendation for his eight years of life-saving service.
