An animated film made at the University of Surrey has won ‘Best Environmental Film’ at the Cannes Film Festival.

Remember the Future is about a tree that is ailing because of environmental damage.

It is eventually saved from destruction by a child and a songbird.

It also features an original song composed and performed by Surrey alumna Alice Mills.
