Engineers at Kensington and Chelsea Council are carrying out essential maintenance work to the carriageway’s deck panels.
The closure will part coincide with the second phase of works on Battersea Bridge starting on November the 1st.
Hammersmith Bridge also remains closed to vehicles meaning three key bridges over the Thames in SW London are affected by work.
