London Mayor hopeful Paul Scully says “difficult decisions” and “structural changes” will need to take place at TfL.

The Conservative MP for Sutton says if he was elected he would look at the current pension scheme and also ask for more autonomy.

Mr Scully says this will allow the operator to have “grown up conversations” with the government over funding.

Labour’s Sadiq Khan has already announced he is standing for a third term next May.
