A women’s football club based at Clapham Common is going from strength to strength.

South West Saints FC has just won the Southern Saturday Women’s Football League with two games to go, undefeated.

The club was only founded in 2024, after breaking away from a men’s club.

South West Saints FC founder, Chumani Ward, has been chatting to Dani Davies about how the club is paving the way for female players.
