Three men on e-scooters approached her between 5:45 and 6:20pm on Monday the 7th of September, before taking her top and shoes.
The men are all believed to be in their 20s, with one described as white and two as Black, all wearing dark clothing.
Any witnesses or anyone with information is asked to contact Surrey Police on 101.
