It happened on the 117 heading towards Isleworth at around 11.20pm last Friday.
Police are trying to locate three young women who are reported to have assaulted her before getting off on Kingston Road.
Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with phone, dashcam or helmet-cam footage to contact them on 101.
