Lisa Liang started swimming after receiving a kidney transplant at St Helier, representing Sutton Hospital at The British Transplant Games.
She’s travelling to Dresden in Germany to compete in the 50 and 100 metres backstroke for Great Britain in August.
Speaking with Jackie’s Bella Shepherd-Evans, Lisa recalls the moment she won her first medal and decided to send it to her donor’s family.
