A woman from New Malden is aiming to complete a mammoth walking challenge this month to raise awareness on male suicide.

64 year old Alison Martins is raising money for charity Movember after losing her husband, Jim, to suicide in 2008.

She’s walking 60 miles in recognition of the 60 men that lose their life every 60 seconds to suicide.

Alison’s daughter Katy was 12 at the time of her father’s passing; she has this message for anyone struggling with their mental health.
