38-year-old Josie Moran has been sentenced to 10 weeks in prison and fined £154.
It comes after she assaulted a victim in October and was later caught on CCTV damaging a communal door in January.
Hounslow Central Safer Neighbourhood Team identified her from CCTV in both incidents.
