A waxwork of one of Richmond’s best loved residents, Sir David Attenborough, has been unveiled by Madame Tussauds London.

It was revealed at the Urban Jungle in the Barbican Conservatory surrounded by 1,500 species of plants and trees.

The new waxwork, which comes more than 30 years after Sir David’s first, “pays homage” to the 97 year old and his conservation work.
