A watermain which ruptured on Richmond Hill, sending water cascading down the street, has been fixed.

Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters were called to a 14-inch main on Sunday evening.

Thames Water has this morning confirmed the pipe has been repaired and the water supply has been fully restored.

However, residents are being warned the pressure may be low and the water may be discoloured, which is normal.
