11-year-old Kyra Hill died at a birthday party at Liquid Leisure near Datchet, Berkshire in August 2022.
Kyra’s father paid tribute to his “beautiful, courageous, determined, happy and loving” daughter.
The water park closed for investigations and was allowed to partially reopen by Windsor and Maidenhead council a few months later.
The firm have been ordered by Reading Crown Court to pay £30,000 in costs and a £2000 victim surcharge.
