Bowel Cancer UK says cases are rising among young adults, with nearly 10,000 diagnoses each year in England.
The session will cover key symptoms, risk factors, and the importance of the NHS bowel screening programme.
It runs from 12 till 1pm tomorrow, online or in person at Wallington Library, with information and refreshments provided.
