Police are appealing for witnesses of the incident that happened on Bishops Way at around 10pm on Friday the 28th of August.
Police want to speak to a man seen riding a bike nearby, who was dressed in black.
Anyone with information, dash-cam or CCTV footage is being asked to contact Surrey Police on 101.
