Just after 7am on Thursday 26 September, officers and paramedics were called to Barnes railway station following reports of a stabbing.
Following his arrest the16-year-old has been charged with attempted murder and possession of an offensive weapon.
He has been remanded into custody and is due to appear at Highbury magistrates court tomorrow.
