Hayatsu Architects, Hortus Collective and 121 Collective have been crowned winners of the ‘A Gateway to New Malden’ competition.
An exhibition of six designs was hosted last month, as well as an online survey, before a team of industry experts chose the winner.
The team’s design “Unearthing New Malden” was judged to provide the best solution to enhance the green space on the roundabout.
Work is due to start next year.
