Officers on patrol in the area stopped a vehicle acting suspiciously on Friday.
The driver was detained for a search and a large number of snap bags containing suspected cocaine were found hidden in the dash panels.
A large quantity of cash, cannabis and a suspected fraudulent UK driving licence was also found.
The driver was arrested for various offences and taken to custody.
