Officers say they got suspicious after they spotted a black Mercedes with a large group surrounding it which then quickly left the scene.
Police pulled the car over, and after a search, uncovered £1,000 under the seat and four phones connected to drug supply.
They also found NOS canisters and one man was arrested for Possession With Intent To Supply Psychoactive Substances.
