The council says it has been designed to be a home away from home, filled with a mix of useful resources and personal touches.
The space includes a new kitchen, free-to-use laundry facilities, a group workspace and a communal lounge.
The site in Shepherds Bush will also provide presentations from the NHS, Department of Work and Pensions, and Job Centre Plus.
