Powerjam has received the Music School of the Year Award at the London and South East Prestige Awards.
The not-for-profit academy provides tutor-led band rehearsals and songwriting sessions and hosts numerous gigs every year.
A song by band Zlats, formed at the school, featured on this year’s Love Island All Stars and made the programme’s official playlist.
