‘Solar Together’ means communities can invest in solar panels with optional battery storage and electric vehicle charge points.
It is being backed by Elmbridge Borough Council, which says 2,250 residents have already benefitted from installation since 2021.
Any residents who already have solar panels installed can still get involved with the scheme.
Registration is free and open until the 13th of September.
