PC Dawid Lewick, who was attached to the South West command, has been dismissed without notice following a misconduct hearing.
He had a two-year restraining order taken out against him in June.
It prohibits him from making direct or indirect contact with a woman known to him and from attending her home address or workplace.
The misconduct hearing found PC Lewicki had breached the standards of professional behaviour.
