Firefighters were called the a blaze on The Quadrant at 1:45 on Saturday afternoon.
Part of the loft space at a fast-food restaurant was damaged by fire.
There are no reports of any injuries as the building was evacuated before the brigade arrived.
The fire is being treated as accidental
