This year marks 20 years since the 22 year old French student was murdered by Levi Bellfield as she crossed the open space.
The memorial on Sunday, the 18th of August, will last for an hour, with speeches, the laying of flowers and a choir performance.
Participants are being urged to stay afterwards for a Richmond Council led bystander training session.
