This year marks 20 years since the 22-year-old French student was murdered by Levi Bellfield as she walked home.
The memorial will last for an hour, with speeches, the laying of flowers and a choir performance.
Former Detective, Colin Sutton, led the investigation into Levi Bellfield who is serving life in prison for multiple murders.
