A project which focusses on improving creativity for 5 to 13 year-olds and their families is coming to Tolworth.

Its one of three areas in South West London along with Norbiton and Chessington said to have “low cultural engagement.”

It’s part of a £1.5 million investment by Southwestern Railway in community projects nationwide.

£30,000 of funds from SWR is being matched by £6,000 from charity, Creative Youth, which organises art festivals for youngsters.
