16 to 24-year-olds made up 20% of road casualties in the county between March 2022 and February this year.
The “It’s Your Move” campaign features a digital game that lets new drivers test their ability to spot hazards.
The campaign, which involves authorities like Surrey County Council and National Highways, is running until the 5th of October.
