A new plan to tackle violence against women and girls in Richmond will be rolled out this spring.

That’s according to Refuge who will take over Domestic Violence Advocate services in the borough.

From April Refuge will ensure victims of abuse receive expert guidance and essential resources to rebuild their lives.
