It’s been installed on the former Tooting Granada building following a campaign by residents led by Wandsworth historian, Geoff Simmons.
He says many people don’t know “about the immensely famous roll-call of names who once performed there.”
Frank Sinatra, The Beatles and The Stones all took to the stage which Geoff says is something that should be celebrated.
