Signs and road markings are in the process of being updated and speed indicator flashing boards will also be introduced.
The council says the limit was first implemented in the borough in 2020 to reduce the severity of collisions and improve air quality.
Roads now included are Kingston Road in Teddington and Staines Road in Twickenham.
