A mum of four from Hounslow is calling on people to become organ donors.

59 year old Jaswinder Dev is one of almost 1,400 people in London waiting for a life-saving transplant.

She has been waiting around four years for a lung transplant after being diagnosed with a rare lung disease.

Jaswinder tells us the illness has severely affected her life.

NHS figures show London has low donor registration rates and many people die while waiting for transplants.
