33 year old Jake Drummond was jailed for life earlier with a minimum 32-year term.
32 year old Louise Lennon was handed 10 years for causing or allowing his death and child cruelty, the latter of which she admitted.
The Old Bailey heard 15 month old Jacob suffered a catalogue of injuries to his face, body and genitals over three weeks.
Drummond fatally shook and hit the little boy in August 2019.
The court heard how Jacob’s mother not only failed to stop it, but she joked with Drummond.
She also blamed another child for the injuries and lied to social services.
Drummond, from Roehampton, had previous convictions regarding drugs, holding a knife against his mother’s throat and assaulting an ex-girlfriend.
