It’s been created in tribute to ward councillor and consultant neurologist, Jenny Vaughan who died last March at the age of 55.
The pocket space is tucked away in the corner of Lillie Road Recreation Ground.
People are being asked if they’d be able to volunteer their time in maintaining it.
