A man’s been found guilty of killing his girlfriend’s father who apparently died from injuries three years after being attacked in Streatham.

The prosecution said 31-year-old Daniel Benitez assaulted John Davis in Streatham Hill in May 2016; he passed away in 2019.

An Old Bailey jury acquitted Benitez of murder but found him guilty of manslaughter.
