A man who was wanted for being in breach of his domestic violence prevention order has been detained in Sutton.

It’s after a Live Facial Recognition operation was deployed in the High Street on Friday.

The man was further arrested for being in possession of a pointed and bladed article, and for possession of cannabis.

The High Court ruled in April that the Met’s use of Live Facial Recognition is lawful dismissing a legal challenge from privacy campaigners.
